Singapore server SGmint1 is offline due to hardware issues. We are in contact with the DC engineers on this.
We have already replaced the faulty RAM twice on the server with the last two downtime's and right now we suspect the error as pointed either to the Memory slots or the memory controller integrated to the board, this we are planning to replace the server motherboard today.
We will be keeping you updated here regarding the upgrade process. We understand our customers and this is not something which we ever would like to happen, we are on top heels to fix this issue.
